How has your career developed since you joined Comdata?
I’ve been at Comdata since January 2017, starting as an agent for the largest provider of broadband and mobile services in the UK. From there, I progressed to being a manager, first managing the broadband re-contracting campaign, then the mobile campaign and finally the best campaign of them all, customer acquisition.
I’ve also managed services for the largest green energy supplier in the UK, and currently I’m managing a team of customer service agents for the world’s leading manufacturer and distributor of Sparkling Water Makers.
How has Comdata helped you grow your skills?
Being able to move departments and work on multiple different campaigns within Comdata over the past 5 years has helped me develop my skills. I’ve also worked on projects that have pushed me out of my comfort zone and helped me gain new skills and experience.
In addition, I’ve attended many different Learning and Development courses within the company. Without Comdata’s support and encouragement to do these, I may have not been able to gain this extra experience.
Can you tell us about your life outside work?
I live in Canary Wharf, not too far from the office and I love going for walks in the local area, taking photos, trying out new restaurants and bars and spending time with friends. I have a dog, called Krystal, who is the boss of the household.
And most importantly, I am a big football fan! I love to play and watch football in my spare time and I am also a huge Arsenal fan.
