Formerly Managing Director, Deputy Global Head of Customer Experience at HSBC, he will further strengthen Comdata’s growth path in the Financial Services sector
Milan, 1st December 2021 – Comdata Group, one of the leading providers of Customer Management services, today announced the appointment of Georges Boré as its new Global Financial Services Practice Leader.
Georges brings to Comdata 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, across several business areas including retail and corporate banking, payments, wealth management, and Digital Banking. The last 20 years he has been at HSBC, serving in increasingly senior executive roles. Between 2018 to 2021 he was Managing Director, Deputy Global Head of Customer Experience at HSBC, where he focused on improving the customer lifecycle, mapping end-to-end customer journeys, and identifying and resolving critical service issues.
At Comdata, he will be in charge of business growth in the banking sector, a fast-growing segment within the Customer Management BPO market, by advancing Comdata’s end-to-end solutions as well as the marketing and sales action plan. Additionally, Boré will manage and coordinate the Group’s cross-border program for the banking industry, and support local and Global Clients teams to handle client requests in the sector. Boré’s appointment is another testament to Comdata’s growth path, and to its continued investments into better understanding and to responding to the evolving needs of its clients.
