Paris, 4th of October 2022 – COMDATA, the leading innovative global service provider in Customer Management BPO, is pleased to announce the appointment of Patrice MAZOYER as CEO of the French-speaking Region that includes France, Belgium, Morocco, and Madagascar. With 14,000 people in 25 sites or working from home (Comdata Smart Hub), the COMDATA French region serves major local and international brands in various sectors such as telecommunication and media, financial services, retail and e-commerce, energy, and automotive. Patrice will also be a member of the Executive Committee of the new Group after the merger of COMDATA and KONECTA.
Patrice joined COMDATA in 2017 to form our consultancy practice, having previously been CEO of COLORADO specializing in customer experience. He was appointed in 2019 as COMDATA Chief Transformation & Integration Officer. In September 2020, he also took charge of the Rest of Europe Region (Turkey, the UK, Germany, and the Czech Republic). In the last 12 months, he has also been leading the Spanish and Latam regions.
Much of Patrice’s career has involved supporting large corporates in France and internationally to optimize and digitalize their customer journeys and successfully transform their organizations. He started his career in sales and marketing roles for NCR and then AT&T, covering France and Southern Europe. Patrice has degrees in Econometrics from Paris II Assas and in Marketing Management from ESSEC.
