Milan, 28 February 2019 - Comdata Group, the leading innovative global solution provider in Customer Operations, today announced the completion of its acquisition of PayCare from Nexi Group, the leader provider in payment solutions to support banking, insurance and financial institutions. At the same time as the agreement, Comdata signed a multi-year contract with Nexi for the provision of Customer Relationship Management services.

Comdata has acquired 100% of PayCare, a company specialising in the supply of frontline services for financial institutions. PayCare, characterised by a deep-rooted territorial presence in central Italy, represents excellence in the management of critical processes, such as POS assistance, and operates in support of credit card operations.

With this transaction, Comdata further confirms the implementation of its strategic plan for Italy and its commitment to strengthen its services for financial operators, also thanks to the acquisition of the entire PayCare customer portfolio.
