Interested in our services ? Contact us Share : Massimo Canturi - Chairman Massimo Canturi has been Chairman of Comdata Group since June 2019, having previously been Group CEO from 2011 to 2019. He first joined Comdata in 2009 as Group General Manager. Prior to his appointment in Comdata, Massimo enjoyed a successful international career in the telco and ICT sector. This included working at Cisco Systems as Senior Director, and Pirelli Optical Systems as a Senior Vice President. He was also Managing Director of Olivetti I-Jet and Executive Vice President of the Olivetti Tecnost Office Products Division, and worked for Italtel as Executive Vice President. He began his professional career at Marconi PLC where he held various positions, leaving the company as Operations Director. Massimo graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Turin in 1983. Maxime Didier - CEO Comdata Group - CEO Comdata France Maxime Didier was appointed Group CEO in October 2020. He joined us in 2017 when he sold his majority shareholding in b2s to Comdata, becoming a member of the board as well as a significant shareholder. After joining the Group, he led the acquisition of CCA International in France in 2018, which doubled our presence in the French market as well as increasing our geographical footprint in other locations in Europe. Maxime founded b2s in 1996 and, through organic growth and acquisitions, developed it from a start-up to a €180 million business, with operations in France, Morocco and Madagascar. He was involved in the consolidation of the French market and served as President of the French Contact Center Professional Association (SP2C) from 2014 to 2017. Esmeralda Mingo García - CEO Comdata Spain & LATAM Esmeralda Mingo joined Comdata in May 2020 as CEO for Spain and Latin America. She has a strong track record in the customer relationship and BPO industry, including experience in the international environment and responsibilities ranging across operations management, customer management, finance and HR. Prior to joining Comdata, Esmeralda had a successful career at Sitel, working in various roles for the company. Most recently, she spent almost ten years as General Manager for Spain, Portugal and Italy, responsible for over 5000 staff. She graduated with a degree in Law from the Complutense University of Madrid, and also holds an MBA from the Instituto Europeo de Estudios Empresariales and a Master’s degree in Digital Transformation from the ESIC Business & Marketing School. Ulrike Becker - Chief Financial Officer Comdata Group Ulrike Becker joined Comdata as Chief Financial Officer in 2016, bringing extensive experience of working with corporates and private equity firms on M&A transactions; these ranged from family businesses to big-ticket cross-border transactions involving post-deal integration work, refinancing and IPO transactions. From October 2020 she was appointed Board Member of Comdata Group. From 1996 to 2016, Ulrike had a successful career as an auditor and consultant at KPMG. She was an Associate Partner in the Deal Advisory Team in Milan from 2013-2016, and before that, part of the Transaction Services Team in Milan. Prior to that, she had audit, due diligence and corporate finance roles for KPMG in Germany and the UK. Ulrike holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the Ruhr University Bochum (Germany) and is a Certified Public Accountant. Ronen Melnik - Head of Global Clients Division and Group Strategy & Corporate Development Ronen Melnik joined Comdata in 2017, becoming Head of our Comdata Digital Division in 2018, and also Head of our Global Clients Division in 2020. These roles include developing our digital offering and growing our services for global customers, including multilingual services. Before joining Comdata, he was founder and Managing Partner of Wanaka Capital Partners, a venture capital firm in Israel specializing in technologies targeted at non-tech sectors. Prior to that, he was a Partner at McKinsey & Company, working across Europe with clients in multiple industries, before helping to set up McKinsey’s office in Israel and establish it as the country’s pre-eminent consulting firm. He was previously a fighter pilot and flight instructor in the Israel Air Force. Ronen has a BA in Economics and Management from Tel Aviv University, and an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School, majoring in Finance and Strategic Management. Frédéric Donati - Chief Commercial Officer Comdata Group Frédéric Donati is General Manager for Comdata France and Group Chief Commercial Officer. He joined Comdata in 2014, and has some 20 years’ experience in customer management, digital and CRM. Previous roles include being Executive VP Business Development, and then General Manager, at b2s in France from 2011 to 2014. Prior to that, he helped to set up Eau de Paris, and was Director of Customer Operations at Neuf Cegetel. He began his career as a telecom engineer at SFR, before moving to Nokia where he worked in engineering, project management and marketing roles. Frédéric has a Master's degree in Telecommunication from Telecomsud Paris and an MBA from the HEC School of Management in Paris. Patrice Mazoyer - Chief Transformation & Integration Officer Comdata Group - Head of Rest of Europe Region Patrice Mazoyer has been Group Chief Transformation & Integration Officer since July 2019 and Head of Global Marketing and Communication. In September 2020, he also took charge of our Rest of Europe Region, which includes Turkey, UK, Germany and the Czech Republic. Much of Patrice’s career has involved supporting large corporates, in France and internationally, to optimize and digitalize their customer journeys and successfully transform their organisations. He joined Comdata Group in 2017 to form our consultancy practice, having previously been co-founder and CEO of Colorado Groupe, which specialized in customer experience, and co-founder and General Manager of b2s. He started his career in sales and marketing roles for NCR and then AT&T, covering France and Southern Europe. Patrice has degrees in Econometrics from Paris II Assas and in Marketing Management from ESSEC.
