Charmain of the Group since June 2019, Massimo Canturi joined the company in 2009 as Group General Manager. Prior to his appointment at Comdata Group, he enjoyed an extensive and successful career in the Telco and ICT sector. He worked at Cisco Systems as Sr Director and Pirelli Optical Systems as a Sr VP. He held the position of Managing Director of Olivetti I-Jet and Executive Vice President of the Olivetti Tecnost Office Products Division. He also worked for Italtel as Executive Vice President. He began his professional career at Marconi PLC, a British Telco equipment’s multinational where he held various positions, leaving the company as Operations Director. He graduated with a bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Turin in 1983.
Alessandro Zunino - CEO Comdata Group
Graduated in Engineering from Politecnico di Milano, and earned an MBA from INSEAD, Alessandro Zunino holds a solid know-how in strategic and managerial consulting, having worked in Roland Berger and McKinsey&Co in Spain, Germany and Italy. In 2002, he joined Edison and since 2007 he has been Ceo of Edison Energia and Executive Vice President of Edison's Gas and Power Market Division, contributing in making Edison one of the main players in the Italian energy market. Alessandro Zunino joined Comdata as CEO Group in June 2019.
Maxime Didier - CEO Comdata France
Maxime Didier founded b2s in 1996 and developed the business from start-up to €180m in France, Morocco and Madagascar through organic growth and structured acquisitions. He has been involved in the consolidation of the French market and served as President of the French Contact Center Professional Association for three years. Maxime sold his majority shareholding to Comdata in August 2017, becoming a significant Group shareholder.
Angel Parra - CEO Comdata Spain & Latam
Ángel Manuel Parra Cantero joined Digitex in 2007. Prior to this position, he experienced a successful career in various industry sectors, as Director of Organization and Operations at Acciona, Director of the Software Business Unit at AENOR, and as a manager in the Organization and Operations Division at Magneti Marelli Iberica, within the Fiat Group (now FCA). From 2005 to 2007, he was Professor of Operations Management at IE Business School in Madrid. He graduated with an Executive MBA from IE Business School in 2005, and a bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Alcalá in 1992.
Andrea Biraghi, CEO Italy
Andrea Biraghi joined Comdata in 2018, after a long experience as executive in several multinational companies. Biraghi achieved this position after leading some key roles in the Leonardo (former Finmeccanica) Group. In particular, he was Managing Director of the Security & Information Systems Division, previously he was the SVP of the Cyber Security in Selex ES and the CEO of E-Security, Cyberlabs and Amtec. Throughout his 20 years career, Biraghi has been an active member in the broad IT and security sectors working for projects with the main organizations responsible for the digitalization and the security of the customers and countries. He has been member of the Board of Directors of EOS – European Organization for Security, as Chairman; he was also Chairman of Security Business Unit of ASD. Andrea Biraghi joined Leonardo Finmeccanica SpA in 2005 after several years in Datamat before and following in Alcatel, where he drove the business in Brazil for 2 years (Tim Brazil start-up), and the team of Services. He holds an Electronic Engineer degree in Telecommunication from La Sapienza, Rome University; he holds also the Executive Leadership Program Master from Imperial College of London.
Ulrike Becker - CFO Comdata Group
Ulrike Becker joined the company in June 2016 as Group's Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Comdata Group, she had an extensive and successful career as an auditor and consultant in KPMG, one of the leading International audit firms. Ulrike joined the audit department of KPMG Dusseldorf in 1996. In 1999 she transferred to the Financial Advisory Service team of KPMG in London where she gained experience in Corporate Finance and Due Diligence work. In 2002 Ulrike relocated to Italy, Milan, where she was part of the Transaction Services Team. During her time with KPMG, Ulrike gained vast experience in assisting Corporate Clients and Private Equity houses in M&A transactions ranging from medium size family-owned businesses in Italy to big ticket deals across numerous jurisdictions, including post-deal integration work, refinancing and IPO transactions as well as GAAP conversion projects. She holds a master degree in economics from the Ruhr University Bochum (Germany) and is a certified public accountant.
Ronen Melnik - Head of Comdata Digital
Ronen Melnik is an experienced executive, advisor and technology investor. He was previously the founder and Managing Partner of Wanaka Capital Partners, an Israeli VC firm specializing in technologies for non-tech sectors. Before becoming a venture capitalist, Ronen was partner at McKinsey & Company, serving industrial, travel, and telecom clients across Europe and helping establish McKinsey's practice in Israel. Prior to McKinsey, Ronen worked in software services as a database specialist and project manager. He was also a flight instructor in the Israeli Air Force. Ronen holds a dual BA in Economics and Management from Tel Aviv University, and an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School.
Adriano Mureddu - CHRO Comdata Group
Adriano Mureddu joined Comdata Group in September 2014 as Group HR Director. Prior to joining Comdata he has been for 7 years in Whirlpool Corporation where he covered positions of increasing responsibility becoming Vice President Human Resources for Whirlpool Europe Middle East and Africa Prior to Whirlpool, Adriano spent 7 years in Pirelli where he held different positions in the Tyre Business, such as Organization Manager and HR Director for Pirelli Tyre UK. Adriano began his professional career in Philips Italy and had also an experience as Senior Consultant Change Management and Organization Design in E&Y Consultants. He holds a degree in Business Economics at Bocconi University in Milan with a mayor in HR & Organizations.
Frédéric Donati - CCO Comdata Groupe
Frédéric Donati has more than18 years of experience in Customer Management, Digital and CRM. He began his career as a Telecom engineer at SFR. He then joined Nokia to take over the management of major engineering projects in mobile networks in France and abroad, then held positions of responsibility within the Marketing Department. He became Director of Customer Operations at Neuf Cegetel in 2000. In a market that has been growing at double-digit rates for several years, he is responsible for Customer Strategy and Customer Services (3,000 employees at 20 sites in 4 countries). In 2009, he participated in the creation of Eau de Paris. He is in charge within the Executive Committee of Marketing, Customer Relations and Communication. He joined B2S in 2011 and is currently Managing Director of Comdata France and VP Global Sales of the Group. He holds a Master's Degree in Telecommunication from Telecomsud Paris and an MBA from HEC Paris.
Carlo Esposito - CCO Comdata Italy
Carlo Esposito joined the company in 2013 as CEO of Comdata Argentina and in 2014 became Global Account Manager at Telecom Italia Group. Before joining Comdata Group, he had a long career at Italtel, where he held the positions of Director for Latin America (2008-2013), National Manager (1999-2008) and Commercial Director at Telesis International (1995-1999). He started his career at the Telecom Italia Group as a Sales Representative from 1992 to 1995. He holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Rome.
Antonio Salvo - M&A & Corporate Development Director
Antonio Salvo joined Comdata in February 2017 as M&A and Corporate Development Director. Prior to joining Comdata he spent 12 years at UBS Investment Banking, across 3 different geographies Milan, Hong Kong and London, gaining vast experience in international M&A and capital market transactions, advising Corporate Clients and Private Equity houses. In earlier career years, Antonio worked for E&Y in the transaction support division. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Business from "Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore" in Milano.
