Comdata Group CEO

CEO since January 2011, Massimo Canturi joined the company in 2009 as the Group's General Manager. Prior to his appointment at Comdata Group, he enjoyed an extensive and successful career in the Telco and ICT sector. He held the position of Managing Director of Olivetti I-Jet and Executive Vice President of the Olivetti Tecnost Office Products Division. He also worked at Italtel as Executive Vice President, and at Cisco Systems and Pirelli Optical Systems. He began his professional career at Marconi PLC, a British Telco multinational where he held various positions, leaving the company as Operations Manager. He graduated with a bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Turin in 1983.



Comdata Group - CEO France

Maxime Didier founded b2s in 1996 and developed the business from start-up to €180m in France, Morocco and Madagascar through organic growth and structured acquisitions. He has been involved in the consolidation of the French market and served as President of the French Contact Center Professional Association for three years. Maxime sold his majority shareholding to Comdata in August 2017, becoming a significant Group shareholder.



Comdata Group - CEO Spain & Latam

Ángel Manuel Parra Cantero joined Digitex in 2007. Prior to this position, he experienced a successful career in various industry sectors, as Director of Organization and Operations at Acciona, Director of the Software Business Unit at AENOR, and as a manager in the Organization and Operations Division at Magneti Marelli Iberica, within the Fiat Group (now FCA). From 2005 to 2007, he was Professor of Operations Management at IE Business School in Madrid. He graduated with an Executive MBA from IE Business School in 2005, and a bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Alcalá in 1992.



Comdata Group - CFO

Ulrike Becker joined the company in June 2016 as Group's Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Comdata Group, she had an extensive and successful career as an auditor and consultant in KPMG, one of the leading International audit firms. Ulrike joined the audit department of KPMG Dusseldorf in 1996. In 1999 she transferred to the Financial Advisory Service team of KPMG in London where she gained experience in Corporate Finance and Due Diligence work. In 2002 Ulrike relocated to Italy, Milan, where she was part of the Transaction Services Team. During her time with KPMG, Ulrike gained vast experience in assisting Corporate Clients and Private Equity houses in M&A transactions ranging from medium size family-owned businesses in Italy to big ticket deals across numerous jurisdictions, including post-deal integration work, refinancing and IPO transactions as well as GAAP conversion projects. She holds a master degree in economics from the Ruhr University Bochum (Germany) and is a certified public accountant.



Comdata Group - CCO Italy

Carlo Esposito joined the company in 2013 as Comdata Argentina’s CEO and in 2014 he became Global Account Manager at Telecom Italia Group. Prior to joining Comdata Group, he had a long career in Italtel, where he was Latin American Director (2008-2013), Country Manager (1999 -2008) and Sales Director Telesys International (1995-1999). He began his career at the Telecom Italia Group, where he was Sales Representative from 1992-1995. He holds an MA in Business Economics from the University of Rome.




Comdata Group - PMI & Techno

Ronen Melnik is an experienced executive, advisor and technology investor. He was previously the founder and Managing Partner of Wanaka Capital Partners, an Israeli VC firm specializing in technologies for non-tech sectors. Before becoming a venture capitalist, Ronen was at McKinsey & Company, serving industrial, travel, and telecom clients across Europe and helping establish McKinsey's practice in Israel. Prior to McKinsey, Ronen worked in software services as a database specialist and project manager. He was also a flight instructor in the Israeli Air Force. Ronen holds a dual BA in Economics and Management from Tel Aviv University, and an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School.



Comdata Group - COO

Andreas joins the Group as the person responsible for coordinating and optimizing the Group's operational activities, identifying process improvement opportunities and lead service innovation. During his 25+ years of professional development, including 20 years in the Call Center/BPO industry, he has held several Operations and General Management positions with leading BPO service providers, such as Teleperformance, Sitel and TeleTech, in Europe and Latin America. Before joining Comdata, he worked with Sutherland Global Services, where he was responsible for the delivery and development of its Latin American operations. He graduated as Diplom-Ingenieur (BSc) in Telecommunications from Trier University of Applied Sciences, Germany, and with an MSc in Software Design & Development from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, MN, USA.



Comdata Group - HR & Communications

Adriano Mureddu joined Comdata Group in September 2014 as Group HR Director. Prior to joining Comdata he has been for 7 years in Whirlpool Corporation where he covered positions of increasing responsibility becoming Vice President Human Resources for Whirlpool Europe Middle East and Africa Prior to Whirlpool, Adriano spent 7 years in Pirelli where he held different positions in the Tyre Business, such as Organization Manager and HR Director for Pirelli Tyre UK. Adriano began his professional career in Philips Italy and had also an experience as Senior Consultant Change Management and Organization Design in E&Y Consultants. He holds a degree in Business Economics at Bocconi University in Milan with a mayor in HR & Organizations.
