Comdata Group to acquire CCA International and double presence in the french market

Comdata Group is pleased to announce it has signed a binding agreement to acquire Paris-based CCA International (CCAI) from LFPI Gestion. This follows on from the acquisition in 2017 of b2s, a French industry services player, which now operates as Comdata France and which will integrate CCAI into its operations. Comdata France is now a more significant important French industry player. This acquisition is expected to close in second quarter of this year subject to customary regulatory approval,

CCAI provides BPO services across 12 countries, with over a third of its revenues coming from non-French markets. The company also has a strong operational footprint, world-class customers - including important e-commerce players - and is led by a talented management team.

Comdata Group is now on track to deliver global revenues of approximately €1Billion this year with over €300m coming from operations in France. The company is committed to sustained growth and further expansion across the European BPO market and will leverage its scale & its distinctive range of services covering consumer experience consulting, customer engagement services, a suite of digital tools, as well as a strong offering in customer back-office outsourcing services. Following this acquisition, Comdata Group will be able to bring its capabilities, technologies and experiences to an even broader set of customers.
